• INVESTIGATE the comparable sales on any homes you’re interested in, so you’ll know the fair market value of each

3. During negotiations for the home you’ve selected, count on Ross & Associates to:

• EXPLAIN the terms of the purchase contract, so you’ll understand your rights and responsibilities
• SUBMIT the offer and related paperwork to the listing agent

4. While your new home is in escrow we will:

• ENSURE you receive all disclosures and reports within designated time frames

• ADVISE you to consult an expert when appropriate
• ADDRESS with the seller’s agent any issues raised in the disclosures, and negotiate needed repairs
• INFORM you of impending deadlines that require your attention and obtain your signatures as needed
• ARRANGE and attend your final walk-through
• ACCOMPANY you when you sign loan documents
• NOTIFY and congratulate you when documents are recorded and the home is officially yours
