As a buyer of real estate, you have a number of choices as to how you want a real estate firm to work with you. (See a full discussion in Working with Agents.) When purchasing your home, Ross & Associates will function as your Buyer’s Agent, representing only you. As such, Ross & Associates has certain traditional duties to you such as helping you find a property, arranging financing, promoting your best interests, providing you with all material facts that might influence any decision you make, accounting for all monies handled for you, and so on. Ross & Associates, however, goes beyond by:

• performing these duties nearly round the clock – 7 days a week, from 9AM to 8PM
• researching any home you are interested in, even if the home’s seller is with another real estate firm
• providing information on surveys, home inspections, home warranties, negotiating closing costs, help with understanding the loan process to make sure you choose the right loan for you as well as securing a loan at the best interest rate.
