Hi, I’m Joyce Ross, and I’m going to change the way you feel about Real Estate agents forever. With 10 years as a Top Producing Real Estate Broker, I am proud to have earned the prestigious designations of GRI (Graduate REALTOR Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) and SRS (Seller’s Representative Specialist), but my most coveted designation is SMOT or Single Mother of Twins. I have a varied and exciting past “Career Life,” as a Interior Designer, Boutique shop owner, Marine Corps Buyer, a Resort Sales Director, and a REALTOR. For the past 10 years I have been working with buyers and sellers from Historic New Bern, NC (my hometown) to the Crystal Coast (where the “Beach Boys” and I have lived for 16 years).

I am the expert at staging a home to sell for the highest price, in fact sometimes after I finish staging a home, the sellers want to stay! I am always trying creative new ideas to market your property, and they WORK. I always work 7 days a week (twins in college next year) and yes, I have fallen asleep with my Bluetooth still in my ear.

My Buyers become my friends, and I really miss them after we close on their home when I don’t spend as much time with them. Although once they know my design background, I am usually right there with them to help pick out paint colors and even go shopping for furniture and accessories.
